Seem to have been so busy listening to everyone complain about the weather and decide to wear shorts anyway; busy getting to and from classes and family activities; spending time gardening; avoiding housework, then clawing it back to order; that I have just realised we are halfway through the year!
More dancing in the second half of the year is likely. I have only been out twice! Financially its good, however I want to remain able to go out and dance no matter how busy days can be.
It’s also the 10th month since my partner left following a d.v. assault. Next week I am preparing for court where it will be decided whether visits will start taking place between father and child.
So much has happened. I wonder what my Grandma Cil would have thought about my ex?
To this day I still pray for the best for my child’s father but the very idea of going to court to discuss how to proceed fills me with anguish. Despite everything that I put my children through I am so grateful that we remain strong and positive.
